Rescuers of Rivne region took part in a webinar on the International Network for Education and Training on Emergency Preparedness and Response to Nuclear and Radiation Hazards (iNET-EPR)

Rescuers of Rivne region took part in a training webinar organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which displayed the activities of the International Network for Education and Training on Emergency Preparedness and Response to Nuclear and Radiation Hazards (iNET-EPR). iNET-EPR is a mutually supportive network that brings together scientists and workers of nuclear facilities and  response personnel from around the world, who required to develop and expand education on preparedness for potential challenges.

The main focus of the webinar is the exchange of experience of the  established Emergency Planning and Response Centers of the participating States, which over the past years have conducted training courses in cooperation with the IAEA Incident and Emergency Center.

This Webinar is open to employees of the relevant authorities, responsible for preparing for and responding to a nuclear or radiological emergency, organization of response at different levels (local, regional, national), including regulatory authorities, technical support organizations, emergency services and relevant personnel from international organizations.
